Meet The Team

Dr Ferguson graduated from Edinburgh University in 2001, qualifying as a GP in 2006 and has been a partner at Templehill surgery in Troon since 2009. She has held the diploma from The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecology since 2003, Diploma in Family Planning and Reproductive Healthcare since 2005 and is a member of the British Menopause Society. Dr Ferguson has been fitting the Mirena coil for 15 years and has a particular interest in improving distressing vaginal symptoms such as incontinence, pain, dryness and pelvic floor laxity that can occur at the menopause.
Angela enjoys spending time with her son, baking cakes and keeping fit by running and walking her dogs in the beautiful Ayrshire countryside and along the breathtaking Troon coastline.
